Privacy Policy

What we collect, and when

Only what you type at checkout:

• Your name
• Your delivery address and PIN code
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Any note you add to the order

We do not ask for anything else, and you do not need an account to buy from us.

What we do with it

Three things. We use it to pack and address your parcel, to give the courier a delivery address and a number to call, and to talk to you about your order.

We may also message you from time to time about a new product, an offer, or to ask how you got on — and if you are part-way through a course, to ask whether it is going as expected. If you would rather we did not, say so once and we will stop. We are well aware how spam feels.

We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone for marketing.

What the payment provider handles

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI ID, bank details and any password go directly to them and are entered on their screen, not ours.

We never see them and we never store them. What comes back to us is confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number for it. Razorpay handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Who your details are shared with

• The courier carrying your parcel — your name, address and phone number, because otherwise it cannot be delivered.
• Razorpay, if you pay online, as described above.
• Our web host, which stores the site and its order records.

That is the entire list.

Who inside the business can see it

Order records are held by Apurv, who runs the site. Other members of the family see what they need to see to do their part — the address to write on a parcel, the phone number to answer a question. There are no staff outside the family and no agency.

We do not track you on this site

This website loads no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking of any kind. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to: the only cookies set are the ones WooCommerce needs to remember what is in your cart while you are shopping.

We do advertise on social media, but that is done from within those platforms and does not involve a tracker on this site.

If that ever changes, this page changes with it, on the same day.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept indefinitely. We need them for tax and accounting, and because a customer who comes back after two years with a question about an old order deserves an answer rather than a shrug.

Asking for your data, or asking us to delete it

Write to saatvikherbs1983@gmail.com or call +91 84461 14152 and ask. You can have a copy of everything we hold about you, have a mistake corrected, or have your details removed.

The one thing we may have to keep is the record of a completed sale, where tax law requires it. We will tell you if that applies and what exactly is being kept.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
